They can change their mind as much as they’d like, the envelope left over is the magicians to keep. The contents are opened by the spectators inside is a card. On the card is written “Victim”

The magician pulls out the card from his envelope left over and reveals the words “Serial Killer “

For an extra kicker the magician takes off his shirt to reveal another shirt underneath. A bloody stained shirt revealing he was the killer all along.

Everything is examinable this effect is self working and very easy to do !
