Do you know what a joke is? Of course you do. It’s something that makes you laugh, isn’t it? What you
may not know though, is that there are many different kinds of jokes. There are verbal jokes, visual jokes,
action jokes, party jokes, practical jokes ...and even bad jokes — which are so bad that you just have to
laugh at them! In the Jokers’ Handbook you'll find a selection of most types of jokes, some old, some new. But
remember, there’s no such thing as an old joke. If you or your friends haven’t heard or seen it before, it’s a
new joke. One of the golden rules for all Jokers is: don’t do too many jokes at a time, or you will soon become a bore.
It’s much better to raise a few laughs and leave people wanting more, than to have people avoid you on
sight! When you play a joke on someone, do so to make them laugh, not to annoy them.
