Patrick Varnavas – Kinetics

Cardistry is the art of manipulating playing cards in an aesthetically pleasing and impressive manner. I'm Patrick Varnavas and these are my card flourishes. This project is my first attempt at an independent cardistry project, featuring the majority of my signature content. There are nine moves included in the Kinetic bundle:





Lacoste: A very dynamic two handed cut. Five packets interact with each other at once, moving on multiple planes of direction during the process. 





Playboy: A tornado cut with a twist. A massive structure is created in less than a second, followed by an intricate series of twists and turns. 





Hendrix: Part multiple-phase display, part two handed cut. A very abstract and unique move that resembles a bird in motion.





Clapton: A small three packet cut with a unique spin in the beginning and ending with some bizarre packet shifts.





Taurus: Four cards leave the deck and return one by one in a single rotation. 





Ellsworth: A simple cut that follows a single card through a single packet shift.





Maxim: A very quick X formation that collapses on itself.





Hack: A fast-paced two handed cut that uses single cards as packets.





Colt Closer: Super easy little three packet cut that can be used to inspire new creations or end older moves.
